Bk: Okay Margaret, the most important thing for a beginner to know
is…
Margaret: How to stop!
Bk: What’s the technique
Margaret: 4-steps: glide, slide, lift, and sit

Bk: Any last words of general advice?
Margaret: Yes, is you ever feel yourself off-balance on your skates,
lean forward and put your hands on your knees. You want to get going momentum
