“If you take this ball and place it at the origin, where a muscle begins. And then you sit on it, and you put your weight there, and you roll through the entire muscle, you get the complete length of the entire muscle.”

To stretch your hamstrings, sit on the ball and carefully roll it down your leg. To stretch your back, roll the ball all the way up and down your spine, resting your neck on the ball. Use your abs to pull yourself back up, and get ready for an advanced abdominal exercise. While balancing on the ball, bring your knees into your chest, then down to the ground
