I would say the first, the treadmill, cuz you do burn the most calories on the treadmill. 

Although it varies for each individual, it’s tough the beat the treadmill for total caloric expenditure, when comparing it to other exercises done for thirty minutes at a moderate intensity. Tasha’s second recommendation is the elliptical cross-trainer with arm bars, as you’re using your upper and lower body. Her third choice—the stair climber, done properly, with good form.
